GHEA Officially Registered as a Community Based Organization in Kenya

Green Harvest Empowerment and Action (GHEA) is proud to announce its official registration as a Community Based Organization (CBO) in the Republic of Kenya.
The registration was issued on 28 August 2026 by the Directorate of Social Development under the Community Groups Registration Act, No. 30 of 2022, for Dadaab Sub-County, Garissa County. Our Registration Number is DSD/7/30/02/246412.
GHEA began its community work in 2023, bringing together refugees and host community members around sustainable farming, environmental care and support for vulnerable neighbours. This registration is an important step in our growth. It strengthens our ability to work openly with partners, donors and government offices for the benefit of the communities we serve.
We thank every community member, volunteer and supporter who has walked this journey with us since 2023. We remain committed to accountability, dignity and sustainable development in Dadaab.
